These are our recommended feeds and speeds. The settings are intended to be conservative to assist those new to the hobby/industry. These should be considered a “starting point” and should be adjusted as needed, as there are many variables that need to be considered, such as machine rigidity, use of a router or spindle, moisture content of the material and local/shop environment. Best practice is to always test the settings on scrap before proceeding to the final work piece.
